What is Bell's Palsy?Cause Sign and symptom also with Treatment ||Only 24 hours in a day||

Hi
Welcome to Only 24 hours in a day.

Today our topics is about the disease called Bell's Palsy.

What is Bell's Palsy?

An acute, lower motor neuron paralysis of a face usually unilateral, related to inflammation and swelling of the facial nerve 7 within a facial Canal or at the stylomastoid foramen.

Bell’s palsy is a condition that causes temporary weakness or paralysis of the muscles in the face. It can occur when the nerve that controls your facial muscles becomes inflamed, swollen, or compressed.
The condition causes one side of your face to droop or becomes stiff. You may have difficulty smiling or closing your eye on the affected side. In most cases, Bell’s palsy is temporary and symptoms usually go away after a few weeks.

Causes Of Bell's Palsy:

It may result when a virus, usually the herpes virus, inflames the nerve. This is the same virus that causes cold sores and genital herpes. Other viruses that have been linked to Bell's palsy include: chickenpox and shingles virus

Sign and Symptom:

Symptoms include inability to close their eyes on the effective side, hyperacusis, and impairment of Taste. Good recovery is common. The symptoms of Bell’s palsy can develop one to two weeks after you have a coldear infection, or eye infection. They usually appear abruptly, and you may notice them when you wake up in the morning or when you try to eat or drink.
Other signs and symptoms of Bell’s palsy include:
  • drooling
  • difficulty eating and drinking
  • an inability to make facial expressions, such as smiling or frowning
  • facial weakness
  • muscle twitches in the face
  • dry eye and mouth
  • a headache
  • sensitivity to sound
  • irritation of the eye on the involved side
Call your doctor immediately if you develop any of these symptoms.

Treatment Of Bell's Palsy:

Commonly used medications to treat Bell's palsy include: Corticosteroids, such as prednisone, are powerful anti-inflammatory agents. If they can reduce the swelling of the facial nerve, it will fit more comfortably within the bony corridor that surrounds it.
Thanks.

what is Baker cyst?Treatment || only 24 hours in a day||

What is Baker Cyst?

Baker's cyst, also called a popliteal (pop-luh-TEE-ul) cyst, is usually the result of a problem with your knee joint, such as arthritis or a cartilage tear. Both conditions can cause your knee to produce too much fluid, which can lead to a Baker's cyst.

Distension of the popliteal bursa, which may be accompanied by herniation of the synovial membrane of the knee joint capsule forming a fuild -filled sac at the back of the knee. Associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.

Treatment of Baker cyst:

Sometimes a Baker's cyst will disappear on its own. However, if the cyst is large and causes pain, your doctor may recommend the following treatments: Medication. Your doctor may inject a corticosteroid medication, such as cortisone, into your knee to reduce inflammation.

What is Asthma? Types, Causes, Symptom and Treatment || Only 24 hours in a day ||

Hi,
Welcome to Only 24 hours in a day.

Today our topic is about Asthma disease. If you have any question feel free to write on the comment section. Let starts,

What is Asthma?

A chronic inflammatory disease of the airways that makes them hyper-responsive to a wide range of stimuli including allergens, pollution, infection, exercise and stress.

Symptom:

As a result of the airways narrow, leading to coughing, wheezing, chest tightness and difficulty breathing. These symptoms can range from mild to severe and may even result in death.

Types of Asthma:

There are six different types of asthma, including occupational asthma, cough-variant asthma and health conditions that mimic asthma; but here we focus on three common types

Treatment of Asthma disease:

These include inhaled steroids such as Flovent (fluticasone) and Pulmicort (budesonide), leukotriene blockers such as Singulair (montelukast), and combination therapy with long-acting beta-agonists such as Advair(fluticasone/salmeterol) and Symbicort (budesonide/formoterol). Other medicines, such as theophylline and Xolair, are typically used in addition to an inhaled corticosteroid or leukotriene blocker to control asthma. It would be unusual for a patient to only take theophylline or Xolair without another medicine to treat asthma.

Thank You For your visit.

What is Ankylosing Spondylitis?Cause, Sign and symptom and treatment || Only 24 hours in a day ||

Hi,
Welcome to Only 24 hours in a day.

Today our topic is about Ankylosing Spondylitis.
If you have any question, feel free write on the comment section.

What is Ankylosing Spondylitis?

A chronic inflammatory disease of synovial joints, involving the capsule and its attached ligaments and tendons.

Causes Of Ankylosing Spondylitis:

Ankylosing spondylitis has no known specific cause, though genetic factors seem to be involved. In particular, people who have a gene called HLA-B27 are at greatly increased risk of developing ankylosing spondylitis

Sign and Symptom:

The spinal and sacroiliac joints are primarily affected, resulting in pain, stiffness, fatigue, loss of movement and function.

Bone gradually forms in the outer layers of the annulus fibrous and the anterior longitudinal ligament and as the disease progresses, the vertebrae fuse together.
"Bamboo spine" is the term commonly used to describe its appearance on the X-ray. The diseases are more common in young males.

Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis:

Medications. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) — such asnaproxen (Naprosyn) and indomethacin (Indocin) — are the medications doctors most commonly use to treat ankylosing spondylitis. They can relieve your inflammation, pain, and stiffness. However, these medications might cause gastrointestinal bleeding.

Treatment through Physical Therapy:

The most important thing physical therapy can provide is helping with respect to self-management of ankylosing spondylitis." Specific strategies of physical therapy for AS include Posture education. Stretching exercises to keep joints healthy

What is Alzheimer disease? Causes,Sign and symptom and treatement || Only 24 hours in a day ||

Hi,
Welcome, only 24 hours in a day.

Today our topic is about Alzheimer's disease.

what is Alzheimer's disease?

A Form of dementia that is characterized by slow, progressive mental deterioration.

Causes:

The cause of Alzheimer's disease is poorly understood. About 70% of the risk is believed to be genetic with many genes usually involved. Other risk factors include a history of head injuriesdepression, or hypertension.

Symptoms

Start with mild forgetfulness, difficulty remembering names and faces or recent events and progress 2 memory failure, disorientation, speech disturbance, motor impairment, and aggressive behavior. It is a most common form and is distinguished by the presence of neuritic plaques (primarily in the hippocampus and parietal lobes), and neurofibirally tangles (mainly affected the pyramidal cell of the cortex). Definitive diagnoses are postmortem.

Prevention:

There is no definitive evidence to support that any particular measure is effective in preventing AD. Global studies of measures to prevent or delay the onset of AD have often produced inconsistent results. Epidemiological studies have proposed relationships between certain modifiable factors, such as diet, cardiovascular risk, pharmaceutical products, or intellectual activities among others, and a population's likelihood of developing AD. Only further research, including clinical trials, will reveal whether these factors can help to prevent AD.

Treatment:

Medication
Although cardiovascular risk factors, such as hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, diabetes, and smoking, are associated with a higher risk of onset and course of AD, statins, which are cholesterol-lowering drugs, have not been effective in preventing or improving the course of the disease.

Long-term usage of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was thought in 2007 to be associated with a reduced likelihood of developing AD. Evidence also suggested the notion that NSAIDs could reduce inflammation related to amyloid plaques, but trials were suspended due to high adverse events. No prevention trial has been completed. They do not appear to be useful as a treatment, but as of 2011 were thought to be candidates as presymptomatic preventatives. Hormone replacement therapy in menopause, although previously used, may increase the risk of dementia.
Thanks.

 What is Adhesive Capsulitis?

Adhesive Capsulitis is also known as Frozen shoulder
A condition that affects the glenohumeral joint synovial capsule and is characterized by a significant restriction of active and passive shoulder movement.

Cause of Frozen shoulder:

The etiology is unknown but it has been linked to diabetes, heart disease, shoulder trauma or surgery, inflammatory disease, cervical disease, and hyperthyroidism. The condition usually affects the middle-aged, particularly women. It normally follows three distinct phases, each lasting approximately 6-9 months (although this can be extremely variable
Phase I: increasing pain accompanied by increasing stiffness
Phase 2: decreasing pain with the stiffness remaining
Phase 3: decreasing stiffness and gradual return to normal function

Sign and symptom:

Treatment of Frozen Shoulder:

Medications. Over-the-counter pain relievers, such as aspirin and ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others), can help reduce pain and inflammation associated with frozen shoulder. In some cases, your doctor may prescribe stronger pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory drugs.

What is Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome? With X ray, Cause, Symptom and Treatement || only 24 hours in a day ||

Hi
Welcome to Only 24 hours in a day.

Today our topic is About the

Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS):

ARDS can be caused by a wide variety of factors including pneumonia, sepsis, smoke inhalation, aspiration, major trauma, and burns.

ARDS can be caused by a wide variety of factors including pneumonia, sepsis, smoke inhalation, aspiration, major trauma, and burns. As a result, the body launches an inflammatory response that affects the alveolar epithelium and pulmonary capillaries. In ARDS the alveolar walls break down and pulmonary become more permeable allowing plasma and blood to leak into the interstitial and alveolar spaces, while at the same time the capillaries become blocked with cellular debris and fibrin. The Lungs become heavy, still and waterlogged and the alveoli collapse. This leads to ventilation/perfusion mismatch and hypoxemia and patients normally require mechanical ventilatory support to achieve adequate gas exchange.

Symptoms usually develop within 24-28 hours after the original injury or illness but can develop 5-10 days later

Step 2. How Time change your boring lifestyle || Only 24 hours in a day ||

Hi
Welcome to Ony 24 hours in a day.
In the previous post, I discuss the drinking more water can prevent to different disease and change your mood and you are able to do anything you want But Now I discuss here, the second step how you saved your time and make it more efficient.
" If you want to change your life then you should change your habits and save you time"

Step 2:

How to save you valuable time and make it more efficient and change your boring lifestyle and do whatever you want:

Most of the people in a world want to do something new in the world but there is the only complaint that they have not enough time to do what they want but I have a solution to solve this problem because our main aim is to solve the problem. If you have any problem write on comment and I will give you a solution. If this post helps you and make a minor change in your life then write on a comment section.

Decrease the uses of social media :

Honestly, there are so many people that waste time by doing chatting and living sedative lifestyle. No physical activity in their life that can create a lot of problems especially for women like weight gain, not stable relationship and emotions, not taking responsibility on himself and also blaming the other that they make his life worst but actually she worsts his life not giving priority to there relationships and not taking responsibility for his family. In the end, social media steal his time and make it life worst.

There are so many examples show that so many people in the world worst the by looking like and comment in Photo that he's upload on Instagram and Facebook.
These Peoples have so much time that waste in order to watch the comment and likes on Photo but if these people let their self-phone and walk on the street, Help peoples whose are not walks, lift or any other kind of help especially old or kids. And give free advice on how to live their life better and if you do that you improve your communication skill. You feel better by doing this and if you like the post that about helping other people then you doing nothing. So they are a big difference by liking the post or actually doing helps some other.
So if you get off your social media and keep going on helping other than you should invent things that help peoples. If you invent the things that help people in their life and you earn a lot of money and strongly believe in God.

If you look back in history then you see that every successful or billionaire people have invented somethings that help people in their daily life like the car, bike, the airplane-like things. So if you want to become a billionaire then you should invent something either major or minor. If  you understand this line then you should become a billionaire
" If you give something to the world then inturn the world give you money. "
Its only possible then you people quit their social media and think about your importance in the world. And start doing something either major or minor, small is big. If you change yourself then you have a power you should change the world.

But here a question arises that
